TREATMENT PLAN
A full arch rehabilitation was planned for both jaws using an All on 6 concept with titanium bar support to maximise strength, long term stability, and load distribution.
Six implants were strategically placed in each jaw to support fixed, screw retained prostheses. Titanium bars were selected to provide a rigid foundation, ensuring durability and optimal force control across both arches.
This staged approach allowed safe healing, predictable outcomes, and precise final prosthetic fabrication.
BEFORE
Andrew initially presented with advanced tooth loss in both jaws, resulting in reduced chewing function, poor stability, and compromised quality of life.
Following extractions and implant placement during his first stage of treatment, a healing period was required to allow full osseointegration before proceeding to definitive prosthetic restoration.
The panoramic X ray shown represents Andrew’s second visit, taken after the healing phase, confirming that the implants had successfully integrated and were ready for final prosthetic loading.
AFTER
Post treatment panoramic imaging confirmed stable, well integrated implants in both jaws with correctly seated titanium bar supported restorations.
The final prostheses delivered a fixed, balanced bite with excellent stability, restoring full chewing function and long term comfort.
