Chief Doctor

Dr. Seher Arseven is the Chief

 Doctor at Orvionmed, responsible for overseeing clinical standards, treatment protocols, and patient safety across the clinic. Alongside her leadership role, she actively practices as a specialist in periodontology, focusing on advanced gum treatments and implant-related procedures.

She graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry in 2016 and gained early clinical experience in a hospital-based setting before continuing her academic training. Dr. Arseven later completed a rigorous doctoral program in Periodontology at Gazi University, where her research concentrated on implant tissue health and the prevention and management of peri-implant complications.

As Chief Doctor, Dr. Arseven ensures that all treatments at Orvionmed are delivered according to evidence-based principles, with a strong emphasis on long-term success, aesthetics, and patient-specific care. She is closely involved in complex case planning and clinical decision-making, supporting both patients and the wider clinical team.

Dr. Efsane Karaokcu, DDS
Aesthetic & Restorative Dentist

Dr. Efsane Karaokcu is an aesthetic and restorative dentist with extensive experience in comprehensive smile rehabilitation and advanced restorative treatments. He has worked in high-volume international clinics in Antalya, providing care to a wide range of overseas patients seeking both functional and aesthetic dental solutions.

He graduated from Near East University Faculty of Dentistry in 2020 and has been actively involved in dental tourism since the early stages of his career. Dr. Karaokcu’s clinical practice centres on combining digital planning with precise execution to achieve balanced, natural-looking, and long-lasting outcomes.

He routinely works with advanced digital dentistry systems and incorporates intraoral scanning technology into his treatment planning process, allowing for accuracy, predictability, and improved patient comfort.

His areas of clinical focus include:

Dr. Batıkan Önder, DDS

Dr. Batıkan Önder is a prosthetic dentistry specialist with a strong focus on aesthetic restorations and patient-centred treatment planning. Originally from Cyprus, he has extensive experience working with international patients and is actively involved in dental tourism care pathways.

He graduated from Near East University Faculty of Dentistry in 2021 and has since built his clinical practice around restorative dentistry, aesthetic smile design, and prosthetic solutions. Over the past several years, Dr. Önder has worked closely with patients travelling from abroad, developing a clear understanding of both their clinical needs and their expectations around communication, comfort, and outcomes.

Dr. Önder approaches dentistry with a calm, structured, and detail-oriented mindset, placing strong emphasis on explaining treatment options clearly and ensuring patients feel confident at every stage of their care.

Dr. Selen Bulut, DDS

She graduated from Medipol University Faculty of Dentistry through the English-language programme in 2024 and has been actively working with international patients since the beginning of her professional career.

She is closely involved in dental tourism treatment pathways and regularly treats patients travelling from abroad, with a particular focus on clear communication, comfort, and well-structured treatment planning. Dr. Bulut continuously develops her clinical skills by attending professional trainings, workshops, and dental congresses, ensuring her approach reflects current techniques and technologies in contemporary dentistry.
