TREATMENT PLAN
A comprehensive smile rehabilitation was planned combining zirconium crown restorations with implant supported crowns to restore function, aesthetics, and long term stability. Four dental implants were placed in strategic positions to replace missing teeth and provide a stable foundation for the final restorations.
Once implant osseointegration was achieved, detailed digital and clinical planning was carried out to design 25 zirconium crowns. The restorations were fabricated to ensure precise fit, correct occlusion, and a natural aesthetic appearance, while maintaining strength and durability.
This approach allowed full smile harmonisation, balanced bite alignment, and predictable long term results.
BEFORE
At initial presentation, Claire exhibited multiple compromised teeth, existing restorations, and missing teeth that affected smile aesthetics and functional balance. The pre treatment panoramic radiograph illustrates the condition of the remaining dentition and the need for both implant placement and full coverage restorations.
AFTER
Post treatment panoramic imaging confirmed stable, well integrated implants supporting the final restorations. The zirconium crowns provided a uniform, natural looking smile with improved function, proper occlusion, and enhanced long term comfort.
