TREATMENT PLAN
A comprehensive full mouth rehabilitation plan was developed using an All on 6 concept for both jaws.
All remaining compromised teeth were removed, and six implants were strategically placed in each jaw to maximise load distribution and prosthetic support.
This approach allowed for the delivery of a fixed, non removable solution designed to replace both teeth and lost support structures, while ensuring long term durability and functional efficiency.
BEFORE
Csaba presented with extensive dental failure across both jaws. Although he had previously received dental crown treatments, these restorations had deteriorated significantly over time and were no longer functional or stable.
Clinical examination and panoramic imaging showed advanced structural compromise, poor long term prognosis of the remaining teeth, and insufficient support to maintain conventional restorations.
Given the condition of the existing teeth and bone structure, a full arch implant solution was indicated for both jaws to restore function and long term stability.
AFTER
Post treatment panoramic imaging confirmed correct implant positioning and stable integration in both jaws.
The final fixed prostheses restored proper bite alignment, chewing function, and overall oral stability, replacing the previously failed crown restorations with a long term implant supported solution.
