FULL ARCH IMPLANT REHABILITATION
Dean Henman, 48, from the UK
• Upper Jaw: All on 6
• Lower Jaw: All on 4
• Both Jaws: Bar supported fixed prosthesis
A customised, jaw specific treatment plan was created to address the different clinical requirements of each arch.
For the upper jaw, an All on 6 approach was selected to maximise implant distribution and provide enhanced support due to anatomical considerations.
For the lower jaw, an All on 4 treatment was chosen, offering a strong, stable foundation while avoiding unnecessary surgical intervention.
Both arches were restored using bar supported fixed prostheses, ensuring optimal load distribution, durability, and long term performance.
Dean presented with advanced dental deterioration, missing posterior support, and multiple compromised teeth affecting both jaws.
The lack of stable occlusion had resulted in reduced chewing efficiency and progressive functional imbalance.
Clinical examination and panoramic imaging confirmed that a full arch implant solution was required in both jaws to restore long term stability, function, and comfort.
Post treatment panoramic imaging confirmed accurate implant positioning in both jaws and stable integration of all implants.
The final restorations provided a fixed, functional bite with improved chewing efficiency, comfort, and overall oral stability.
