COMPREHENSIVE CROWN & CONSERVATIVE RESTORATIVE REHABILITATION

James Graham, 50, from the UK

Treatment Type

• 24 Crowns
• 8 Root Canal Treatments
• 4 Dental Fillings
• 1 Dental Implant

TREATMENT PLAN

A comprehensive yet tooth preserving treatment plan was designed to restore function, eliminate infection, and improve long term stability.

Eight root canal treatments were performed to treat infected teeth and maintain the existing natural dentition. Twenty four crowns were then placed to protect weakened teeth, restore proper bite alignment, and improve overall function.

Four fillings were completed to address localized decay, and one dental implant was placed to replace a missing tooth, restoring continuity of the dental arch without unnecessary full arch intervention.

This approach focused on preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible while achieving full functional rehabilitation.

BEFORE

James presented with widespread dental deterioration affecting multiple teeth, including extensive decay, failing restorations, and several teeth requiring endodontic treatment to preserve them.

Clinical examination and panoramic imaging revealed that although significant restorative work was required, most natural teeth could be saved through a conservative approach combining root canal therapy, crowns, and fillings, with a single implant needed to replace one non salvageable tooth.

AFTER

Post treatment panoramic imaging confirmed successful root canal treatments, stable implant placement, and well fitted crown restorations across both arches.

The restored bite showed improved balance, function, and long term structural support.
