IMPLANT & FULL CROWN REHABILITATION

• 5 Tooth Extractions
• 25 Crowns
• 2 Composite Fillings
A comprehensive full mouth rehabilitation was planned to restore function, aesthetics, and long term bite stability.
The treatment plan involved removing non restorable teeth, rebuilding the remaining dentition with 25 crowns, and correcting the bite using upper and lower occlusal splints. The goal was to re establish proper vertical dimension, even force distribution, and a stable occlusion.
This structured approach allowed precise control of bite dynamics, protection of the restorations, and predictable long term results.
Jason initially presented with multiple compromised teeth, old restorations, and areas of structural damage that could not be preserved.
There was clear evidence of bite imbalance and loss of vertical dimension, leading to uneven chewing forces and increased risk of further dental breakdown. Several teeth required extraction due to poor prognosis, while others needed restorative support to prevent future failure.
Overall, function and aesthetics were significantly compromised prior to treatment.
Post treatment panoramic imaging confirmed successful completion of all planned extractions and accurate placement of 25 crowns across both arches.
The restored dentition demonstrated improved alignment, balanced occlusion, and restored vertical dimension. The upper and lower splints provided additional bite stabilisation and protection, supporting long term durability of the restorations.
Jason’s treatment resulted in a stable, functional bite with improved chewing efficiency, comfort, and overall oral health.
