CROWN & RESTORATIVE REHABILITATION
John Kelly, 65, from London
• 23 Crowns
• 2 Fillings
A conservative rehabilitation plan was designed focusing on restoring strength, function, and balance across the bite.
Twenty three crowns were placed to reinforce weakened teeth, restore proper chewing surfaces, and improve overall bite harmony. In addition, two fillings were carried out to address localized decay and preserve natural tooth structure where possible.
This approach allowed full functional restoration while avoiding unnecessary extractions or implant surgery.
John presented with multiple worn and damaged teeth, alongside older restorations that were no longer providing reliable function or protection.
Panoramic examination showed the need for comprehensive restorative treatment to stabilise the bite, protect remaining tooth structure, and improve long term oral function without the need for surgical intervention.
Post treatment panoramic imaging confirmed well seated crowns with balanced bite alignment and stable restorations.
The final result provided John with improved chewing comfort, enhanced dental stability, and a durable outcome designed to support everyday use and long term oral health.
