COMPREHENSIVE CROWN & GUM RECONTOURING REHABILITATION

Josh Carter, 36, from the UK

Treatment Type

• 24 Dental Crowns
• Gingivectomy (10 teeth)
• 1 Root Canal Treatment
• 2 Dental Fillings
• 1 Tooth Extraction

TREATMENT PLAN

A full mouth rehabilitation plan was designed to restore aesthetics, function, and oral health while preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible.

Ten teeth underwent gingivectomy to correct excessive gum display and create balanced, symmetrical tooth proportions.

Twenty four crowns were placed to rebuild worn teeth, improve alignment, and restore a natural looking smile.
Two fillings and one root canal treatment were completed to address underlying decay and infection, while one non salvageable tooth was extracted to protect long term oral health.

This staged and conservative approach allowed both functional stability and aesthetic improvement without unnecessary invasive procedures.

BEFORE

Josh presented with multiple restorative and aesthetic concerns, including worn and uneven teeth, gum overgrowth affecting tooth proportions, and several teeth requiring endodontic and restorative treatment.

Clinical examination and panoramic imaging revealed compromised tooth structure in selected areas, irregular gingival contours, and a non harmonious smile line that impacted both function and appearance.

To achieve a stable and long term result, a comprehensive approach addressing teeth, gums, and bite balance was required.

AFTER

Post treatment panoramic imaging confirmed well seated restorations, healthy bone levels, and stable dental structures.

The final result delivered a balanced bite, improved gum harmony, and a natural smile with enhanced durability and comfort.
