CONTEXT
Joshua originally completed comprehensive crown treatment with us in March 2023, receiving a total of twenty seven crowns as part of his smile rehabilitation.
After nearly two and a half years of everyday use, he returned to our clinic for a planned aftercare visit and routine check up to review comfort, function, and the long term stability of his restorations.
AFTERCARE VISIT
During the aftercare appointment, clinical examination confirmed that the crowns remained well integrated, functional, and stable overall.
One crown had become detached, which can occasionally occur over time due to natural bite forces and daily wear. This was addressed promptly during the visit, with the crown carefully refitted and bite alignment checked to ensure continued comfort and long term stability.
As part of the aftercare process, professional cleaning and minor adjustments were also carried out to support ongoing oral health and performance of the restorations.
