IMPLANT & FULL CROWN REHABILITATION

Upper Jaw: All on 6
Lower Jaw: All on 6
A comprehensive full arch rehabilitation was planned for both the upper and lower jaws using the All on 6 concept. Six implants were strategically positioned in each arch to maximise bone support, enhance load distribution, and provide increased long term stability compared to reduced implant protocols.
Posterior implants were placed with controlled angulation to optimise bone utilisation while respecting anatomical structures. This configuration allowed for improved force control across both arches and reduced stress on individual implants.
Following implant placement, a structured healing period was observed to allow full osseointegration. After successful integration, fixed screw retained full arch prostheses were fabricated and delivered, restoring function, strength, and balanced occlusion.
This staged and carefully planned approach ensured predictable healing, prosthetic accuracy, and long term biomechanical stability.
At initial presentation, Karen exhibited extensive tooth loss and compromised oral function affecting both jaws. The lack of stable dentition resulted in reduced chewing efficiency and overall discomfort.
The pre treatment panoramic radiograph demonstrates the extent of tooth loss and the need for a complete implant supported rehabilitation to restore function and long term oral stability.
Post treatment panoramic imaging confirmed successful integration of all implants in both arches, with well positioned All on 6 supported restorations. The implants demonstrated stable placement, and the final prostheses provided balanced occlusion and strong structural support.
Following treatment, Karen regained full chewing function, improved comfort, and long term stability through a fixed, implant supported solution designed for durability and predictable performance.
