TREATMENT PLAN
A personalised treatment plan was designed to restore function, stability, and aesthetics while preserving viable natural teeth.
Four dental implants were placed in strategically selected positions to replace missing teeth and provide stable support within the arches.
Twenty five crowns were then planned to restore tooth structure, correct bite alignment, and achieve a balanced and natural appearance across both jaws.
This approach allowed comprehensive rehabilitation without unnecessary full arch implant surgery, focusing instead on targeted implant placement and full crown restoration.
BEFORE
Kamila presented with multiple missing teeth and heavily restored dentition that no longer provided adequate function or long term stability. Irregular bite distribution and compromised aesthetics were affecting both chewing efficiency and overall oral comfort.
Clinical examination and panoramic imaging revealed areas where natural teeth could no longer be maintained predictably, alongside other teeth that could be preserved and restored with full coverage crowns.
A combined implant and crown based rehabilitation was determined to be the most suitable solution.
AFTER
Post treatment panoramic imaging confirmed stable implant placement and well integrated restorations.
The crowns restored proper occlusion and bite balance, while the implants provided long term support in previously compromised areas.
