TREATMENT PLAN
A comprehensive treatment plan was designed to stabilise Rafal’s oral health while preserving natural teeth wherever possible.
Four non-restorable teeth were extracted to eliminate infection and create a healthy foundation. One tooth required root canal treatment to address internal infection and maintain the remaining tooth structure. Six teeth were restored with fillings to treat decay and reinforce weakened areas.
Following stabilisation, twenty eight zirconium crowns were planned to rebuild the bite, restore tooth form and alignment, and achieve a balanced, functional occlusion across both jaws.
This approach allowed complete aesthetic and functional rehabilitation without the need for implant surgery.

Rafal presented with multiple compromised teeth, active decay, failing restorations, and several non-restorable teeth across both arches.
The condition resulted in functional imbalance, reduced chewing efficiency, and aesthetic concerns.
Panoramic imaging confirmed the need for selective extractions, restorative treatment, endodontic therapy, and full coverage crown rehabilitation to restore structural integrity, function, and long term predictability.
