TREATMENT PLAN
A comprehensive full mouth rehabilitation plan was designed to restore strength, function, and long term stability.
Both jaws were treated with an All on 6 implant protocol, using six strategically positioned implants per jaw to maximise bone support and load distribution.
Titanium bar supported fixed prostheses were selected for both arches to provide enhanced durability, precision fit, and long term biomechanical stability.
This approach allowed for a fixed, non removable solution designed for everyday function and long term use.
BEFORE
Susan presented with advanced tooth wear, failing restorations, and reduced bite stability in both jaws.
Long term dental deterioration had significantly affected her chewing function, comfort, and confidence.
Clinical examination and panoramic imaging confirmed that the remaining teeth could not be predictably restored and that a full arch implant solution was required for both the upper and lower jaws.
AFTER
Post treatment panoramic imaging confirmed stable implant positioning and accurate seating of the titanium bar supported prostheses in both jaws.
The final restorations provided a balanced bite, improved chewing efficiency, and a stable, functional smile with natural proportions.
