TREATMENT PLAN
A comprehensive treatment plan was developed to restore full oral function using a combination of full arch and segmental implant rehabilitation.
In the upper jaw, an All on 6 implant concept was selected, with six strategically placed implants to support a fixed full arch prosthesis and ensure optimal load distribution and long term stability.
In the lower jaw, four dental implants were placed to replace missing teeth and provide stable support. Twelve dental crowns were then planned to restore tooth form, alignment, and occlusion, creating a balanced and functional bite across both arches.
This combined approach allowed full rehabilitation while preserving remaining healthy structures and avoiding unnecessary additional implant surgery.
BEFORE
Vasile presented with extensive tooth loss in the upper jaw and compromised dentition in the lower jaw, resulting in reduced chewing efficiency, bite instability, and functional imbalance.
The condition significantly affected both oral function and overall comfort.
Panoramic imaging confirmed the need for full arch implant rehabilitation in the upper jaw and implant supported crown restoration in the lower jaw to restore strength, function, and long term predictability.
AFTER
Post treatment panoramic imaging confirmed stable implant placement in both jaws and accurately seated implant supported restorations.
The final prostheses restored proper bite alignment, improved chewing comfort, and delivered a stable, natural looking result with long term functional reliability.
