Upper Jaw: All on 6 with Titanium Bar
Lower Jaw: All on 6 with Titanium Bar
A comprehensive full arch rehabilitation was planned for both jaws using the All on 6 concept with titanium bar support. Six implants were strategically placed in each arch to maximise bone engagement, improve load distribution, and enhance long term biomechanical stability.
Following implant placement, a healing phase was observed to allow complete osseointegration. Custom titanium bars were then fabricated and precisely fitted to create a rigid substructure for the definitive restorations. Fixed, screw retained full arch prostheses were subsequently delivered, ensuring superior strength, durability, and predictable long term performance.
This staged approach allowed controlled healing, accurate prosthetic fabrication, and optimal force management across both arches.
At initial presentation, Wayne exhibited significant tooth loss, failing restorations, and compromised periodontal support in both jaws. Several teeth were unrestorable, contributing to instability and reduced masticatory function.
The pre treatment panoramic radiograph illustrates the extent of dental deterioration and confirms the need for full arch implant rehabilitation.
Post treatment panoramic imaging confirmed well integrated implants in both arches with correctly seated titanium bar supported full arch restorations. The final fixed prostheses restored a stable, balanced bite and full chewing function, providing long term comfort and a significant improvement in overall quality of life.
